These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available through trinoxaverta.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”).

Your use of the Company Sites and these terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to your purchase, including the laws of the country or jurisdiction to which the products are shipped.

This feature allows you to view the product price and add the item to your cart without opening the full product page.

The Quick View feature is provided only for your convenience.

The full product page contains more detailed information regarding:

  • The product;
  • Its origin;
  • Its features;
  • Its price.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for products and services available on the Sites.

However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur.

The Company reserves the right not to process or cancel any order placed for a product that was incorrectly priced due to an error.

If this occurs, the Company will notify you by email.

The Company also reserves the right to correct any errors in listed retail prices.

Product and Service Availability

The Company Sites may contain information regarding product availability.

This information is used to estimate the likelihood that a product will be shipped immediately after an order is placed.

The estimated delivery date to your address is generally approximately 30 days or less after successful payment.

  • Other logistical factors.

The Company cannot guarantee that a product marked as “in stock” will be shipped immediately, as inventory may change rapidly.

If a product or service is no longer available, it will be removed from your order.
